Benefits of Working at Gatesman

When we say “good enough sucks,” we aren’t just talking about our work. We treat our employees above and beyond, too:

Gatesman Benefits

Unlimited PTO – It’s not a typo. It’s true. We expect you to work hard. But we also expect you to play hard too. That’s why we have unlimited days off. We believe you should take the time you need to recharge, so you can get back to doing great work.

Health Insurance – Starting your first day – we’ve got you covered. We pay for your health, vision, life and short-term disability insurance. Have a spouse and kids? We can cover them too at a very competitive rate.

401k Plan – Retirement is more like a few decades then a few years off. But that doesn’t mean we don’t have our eyes on our financial future. After just 90 days of employment you can take advantage of our sponsored 401K plan. We match 100% of employee contributions on the first 3%, then 50% of the next 2%.

Paid Holidays – Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (and the day after Thanksgiving, so gobble-gobble up plenty of seconds.) Plus, all working days between Christmas Eve & New Year’s Day. Oh yea, we even give you the day off for your birthday.

Produce Delivery – We like keeping things fresh. And to that end, we have fresh produce delivered to the office once a week. Free of charge. Mmm. Free.

Dry Cleaning – Our creative guys may ask, “Who gets things dry cleaned anymore?” But a better question is, “Who has time for dry cleaning?” The answer, if you work at Gatesman, is you – thanks to our dry cleaning service (available at a discounted fee).

Work Environment – Collaborative spaces? Check. Standing desks? You got it. Conference rooms where you can write right on the walls? You betcha. We’re proud to work in a space that continually inspires and challenges us.

Beer Fridges – They say an army travels on its stomach. Well, marketing and advertising agencies get things done thanks to their livers. When you work here, you’ll find an ample supply of fine amber lagers (and other brews, too).

Paid Maternity Leave – The first three months of being a mother shouldn’t be interrupted by conference calls. That’s why we offer 12 weeks of paid maternity leave (at 60% of your salary).

On-site Masseuse once a quarter – Everyone needs an adjustment every once in awhile. Luckily, we provide an on-site masseuse for an entire day. Just sign up, sit back and relax.

$1,000 Employee Referral Bonus – Know someone who would be a perfect fit to work with you here at Gatesman? Then speak up! If we hire them, you’ll get a $1,000 bonus!
