PITTSBURGH – November 13, 2019 – Gatesman is proud to announce the promotion of Christy Kelly to senior vice president, director of Chicago accounts. In just under two years with Gatesman, Kelly’s business impact has included consistent client satisfaction, multiple record-setting campaign launches, organic and new business growth, and numerous contributions to account management operations. Christy’s promotion also elevates her from the agency’s Emerging Leadership team to the senior management group furthering the agency’s commitment to next-generation leadership development.

Kelly's impact has been recognized throughout the entire agency as her ability to reach impressive benchmarks has earned the respect of clients across industries. For example, under her direction, the agency partnered with the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan to launch new integrated campaigns designed to support enrollment in the school’s degree programs. Nearly 90% of all efforts achieved or significantly outpaced projections, and in particular, new strategies leveraged to promote the school’s Online MBA program exceeded enrollment goals determined prior to launch.
Broadening the agency’s work within the education sector, Kelly also spearheaded the collaboration of cross-functional internal teams to develop fully integrated campaign recommendations for the Rochester Institute of Technology. The campaign fostered strong engagement with nearly all tactics performing at or above industry engagement benchmarks.
Similarly remarkable results have been obtained for Pace Suburban Bus Service. Most notably, Kelly successfully led the development of the client’s first integrated creative campaign. In order to reach a goal of increased ridership, teams utilized traditional and digital tactics supported by the implementation of automated campaign reporting, ultimately surpassing client expectations by achieving heightened engagement rates across platforms.
