PITTSBURGH – May 3, 2018 – Gatesman, one of the fastest-growing, mid-size, privately owned marketing communications agencies, welcomes Craig Ferrence as senior vice president, creative director and Christy Kelly as vice president, group account director, together adding strong experience in the financial, insurance, consumer packaged goods and retail industries.

Ferrence will play a vital role in evolving creative strategies and executions within the agency. He brings 15 years of experience to the team, previously working at several esteemed agencies in Chicago, Los Angeles, Minneapolis and Pittsburgh. Ferrence has demonstrated continued success in launching creative campaigns for big-name brands such as Coors Light, the Detroit Pistons, ESPN, KFC and Rite Aid, strengthening brand recognition and maintaining relevance.
Kelly will be responsible for driving strategy and creative thinking for the agency’s higher education clients. She will also be a critical force behind marketing and media planning for new business opportunities. Kelly has eight years of experience in both agency and corporate environments, including State Farm and most recently Discover Financial Services.
