Andy Biefel

VP, Director of Performance Media

Andy joined Gatesman in March 2022. While he started his career with a stint in yellow pages advertising, Andy quickly transitioned to focus on digital advertising and now has 17-plus years of agency-side digital media experience with a special expertise in paid search and paid social. He's worked across a variety of verticals, including financial services (Discover), auto (AutoNation), insurance (State Farm), education (Chamberlain College of Nursing, Rochester Institute of Technology), telecommunications (Cox, Comcast B2B), and retail (Church & Dwight brands). Andy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in performance marketing, strategic planning, and multi-channel strategies — supporting both online and offline consumer journeys — and brand awareness & development.

In his past work, and now at Gatesman, he oversees teams of media managers and associates focused on exceeding client and company goals, standardizing processes & reporting, and employee development.

Jenn Miller

SVP, Director of Analytics

A true digital native, Jenn combines her nearly 20 professional years of experience in data and analytics with her love of math and “nerding out” to help clients see bigger opportunities for marketing and advertising to positively impact business results. From predictive modeling to marketing mix analysis to data infrastructure and visualization, Jenn’s ability to meet clients where they are and gradually advance them along the analytics maturity curve is an unmatched talent. She is a seasoned manager with a passion for drawing meaningful and actionable insights from data while also bringing out the best in her team as a motivator, mentor, and teacher. 

Jenn's expertise spans both B2B and B2C; she has developed and executed long-term analytical road maps for many national brands.  Clients Jenn has played a key role on include Rochester Institute of Technology, Michigan Ross School of Business, Avantax, PNC Bank, HSBC Bank, Las Vegas Athletic Club, American Eagle Outfitters, American Greetings, and Aerie. Her expertise is bolstered by a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Michigan State, as well as a bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science from Clarion University.  While Jenn enjoys family time, games, and birthdays, one unique hobby of hers shines brightly each Christmas season.  She programs her home’s Christmas lights to music each year and is always happy to share the latest a-wowzing light display if asked.
