Gatesman Promotions:

  • Noah Ross has been promoted to performance analytics and innovation manager, a move that underscores the agency’s continued evolution in how it approaches data and strategy. Noah has been instrumental in helping shift the role of data from retrospective reporting to forward-thinking application, fueling smarter, faster decisions and results. His ability to connect performance insights with strategic impact makes him a key contributor as the agency leans into journey design, creative intelligence and AI experimentation.

Gatesman New Hire:

  • Paige Rhine is a recent graduate from Slippery Rock University and enters the agency as an assistant account executive on the PR & social media team. Since joining the team, she has made an immediate impact by contributing to social content, shaping campaign ideas and conducting research that has strengthened creative strategy. Her creative imagination and passion for storytelling have quickly established her as a valued team member.
