PITTSBURGH — Aug. 30, 2022 — Gatesman welcomes talented agency leaders in both Pittsburgh and Chicago, bringing years of knowledge, experience and innovative thinking to the media and account management teams.
Andy Biefel joined Gatesman as VP, director of performance media, bringing over 20 years of media experience from pre-eminent agency iProspect. His background spans a variety of verticals including education, retail and financial services, executing media strategies for brands such as LeapFrog, Discover, AutoNation, State Farm and Comcast. In his previous roles, he directed teams of performance media managers and associates focused on exceeding client and company goals, standardizing processes, enhancing reporting and cultivating employee development. Andy is adept at using data-driven tactics to provide lead generation, new customer acquisition, and customer retention solutions.
Joining Andy in Gatesman’s Chicago office is Kelly Bradley, VP, group account director. Kelly has over 11 years of account management experience achieved through years of success in account management at 9Rooftops and MARC USA. Her expertise is in categories including healthcare, retail, CPG and education. Kelly is a resourceful team leader who is able to deftly navigate through complex multi-disciplined accounts and will focus on leading the agency’s education, retail and lifestyle brands.
Also joining the Account Management team is Brooke Young, VP, group account director, who brings more than 20 years of experience in media and account management from BBDO, MOXIE and Formerly Known As supporting national brands like Smuckers, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, OXO, Meineke and Maaco and GNC. Brooke joins Gatesman’s team in Pittsburgh and will be responsible for leading the agency’s energy, financial and B2B client brands.
