Armando is an Executive Creative Director with over 20 years of global experience shaping brands across Europe, the U.S., and Latin America, during his time working at some of the most renowned agencies like BBDO, Leo Burnett, and DDB, amongst others. A multi-award-winning creative in both advertising and film, he blends strategic thinking with cinematic storytelling, and just enough rebellion to keep things interesting. His work has been recognized with numerous honors, including Cannes Lions, London International Awards, the New York Festivals, and European Design Awards.

Having traveled to 70 countries and lived in four, Armando brings a global lens (and a well-stamped passport) to everything he touches. When he’s not building brands, he’s in the studio producing music, or geeking out over film craft. He appreciates a perfectly balanced cocktail at a hidden speakeasy just as much as a great beer at a dive bar; preferably while debating the Chicago Bears’ season expectations.

Fun fact: Besides leading creative teams, Armando spent 36 years playing quarterback in three countries, including a stint as a pro in Norway while also serving as Offensive Coordinator for the Norwegian National Team. Turns out, whether on the field or in the brainstorm room, he’s always been in the business of calling the plays.
