PITTSBURGH — Dec. 4, 2025 — Gatesman continues to drive growth for its integrated team with the promotion of John McCulloch to Manager, Ad Operations and Performance Analytics, and the addition of James Key as Art Director.

Since joining Gatesman nearly four years ago, John McCulloch hasbecome a cornerstone of the agency’s Marketing Intelligence and Innovation team. Known for his blend of deep technical expertise and contagious positivity, he has mastered complex processes and developed smarter systems for tracking and measurement that ensure campaigns run seamlessly.
John’s ability to wrangle data and uncover insights has helped clients like USG and Pace Suburban Bus operate with sharper precision. From building advanced Tableau dashboards to integrating CRM systems and refining SEO performance, he consistently approaches every challenge with curiosity and creativity. His humor and heart have also made him a valued teammate whose energy elevates every project he touches.

New Creative Talent:
Gatesman’s new addition James Key joins the creative team with a decade of experience as a graphic artist and retoucher in the photography industry, along with an eye for thoughtful design honed at The Creative Circus in Atlanta. Now in their third year as an Art Director, James has produced work for brands including Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, Goodwill and Odor-Eaters.
